For halloween I am being little red ridding hood with a red cape (obviously) and a black lace dress. I MIGHT be a zombie little red ridding hood. Ideas for makeup and hair for zombie version and normal version?

You should defiantly be a zombie red riding hood!:)
I think for both you should keep your hair down and wear red lipstick.The zombie version is just applying fake wounds and blood:)

For makeup go watch michelle pagans zombie Barbie makeup tutorial. She uses liquid latex or something like that but eyelash glue and substitute. And for hair do it how you were originally going to but add some fake blood to it.
