They're called hair pins. I prefer them over bobby pins most of the time. You should be able to buy them at any beauty supply store. I've even bought them at walmart before.

@Cristin is right. They're hair pins and anywhere that has scuncii brand products will have a decent one.

Okay so I went to Walmart and I was like oh, I'll just see if they have them and I got 100 for like $2.50 from the brand Conair thinking they'd be good or at least doable because that's a reliable brand.
NO. They are crap. They're so flimsy that it's ridiculous. You can tell they're flimsy just by looking at them, but when they're in the packaging in the store, they're bundled in a rubberband. I'll now go to Sally's and get some. It was cheap, but that still annoys me haha
