Are you wearing eyeshadow? If you are I feel like the color kinda makes your eyes look like motioning eyes but if you aren't try putting foundation on them to brighten them it's not a bad thing my eyes look like that too but then again looking at the pic with your eyes open it makes your eye color pop :)

The eyeshadow looks bad sorry I think you should just wear the eyeliner. Try watching videos on how to put on eyeshadow

Use a sparkly taupe color on the lids, and a dark chocolate brown in the crease! Do normal foundation, concealer, powder, eyeliner, and mascara! Finish off with a wine colored blush and a nude pink lip!
