Step by step on how to do this hairstyle?

The most I have is sea salt spray, volumizing moose/spray, a hair dryer, curling wand, flat iron, curling enhancing serum and hairspray. If you could give me a step by step using anything from that then thats great but if anything not on the list has to be used please can you give me some suggestions if possible? :)

1. Add sea salt spray
2. Curl your hair loosely with the curling wand.
3. tease if you feel it's necessary
4. Add mousse and "scrunch"
**steps 3 and 4 can be interchanged how ever need be.
This is kind of the generic steps on how I would achieve it. I hope it helped. :)

Teasing blow drying curling moose and sea salt spray.

What i would do is spray the sea salt spray all over, tease alittle, curl, spray sea salt, turn head upside down blow dry, tame if needed with fingers or brush and hairspray!(:
