Have you ever had your hair longer that that? Because your genetics determine how long your hair can grow, and sometimes it's not very long. That may just be the longest your hair can grow. I'd try to go completely heatless though! And don't wash your hair any more than 3 times a week, less than that if you can! Still shower (obviously) just skip shampooing!

I haven't used heat for almost a year and my hair has grown soo so much! Heat also includes blow drying! I use coconut oil or any other oil and it moisturizers great! Also shower every other day and be gentle when you brush your hair! And get split ends cut off if you have any

I started rinsing my hair with apple cider vinegar after shampooing my hair. A bit smelly for a minute, but That's why I do conditioner after I rinse it out. I've been doing that every time I shower for a few months because my hair stopped growing too (Brazilian blowouts destroy your hair). Anyways, my hair has become much thicker, it doesn't break, it's shiny, no dandruff, and it grows like crazy. I highly suggest it.
