Are you setting your makeup with powder immediately after applying? I find I need to set it pretty quickly in order to prevent creasing.

Definitely a primer and powder afterwards to set should do the trick.

Try setting your face with a powder right after the foundation and concealer. After you feel like you're finished, you must set your makeup with a finishing spray. Try MACs fix+ finishing spray. It hydrates the skin and takes away the cakey makeup look.
