I have bad acne that's not going away and all the videos I watch suggest a toner, but I'm on a low budget and can't buy an expensive one so if there are any diys or inexpensive toners I don't know about...

Witch hazel is what most toners are made of, and it's pretty cheap.

I was just going to recommend witch hazel. I think apple cider vinegar is one too just smells.

the store brand is the same as the name brand so get the cheap stuff.

Just cool green tea and use a spray bottle to apply it! Reduces acne and redness! Make sure to boil it yourself- if you use precooled iced green tea it has sugars and dyes that are harsh on your skin. Hope this helps I use it daily!
