I use a lip scrub and then fresh sugar lip treatment and also drink a lot of water and put the lip treatment on before bed.

When your showering right before you get out take the wash cloth and rub it over your lips. Itll take away all the dead dry skin and your lips will be soft enough from the steam that all the dead skin will come right off

Rosebud lip salve you can get it at sephoria or bath and body works it's like 6 bucks and comes in a tin and lasts a long time...I've had none for years and its not just for lips it's good for other things as well anything from dry cuticles to diaper rash which I've used on my daughter
