I've been in college at the University of Arkansas for about three weeks and my mind has been going crazy. Lately, I been having the worse dreams. Dreams of my thoughts mostly. I tend to think of the worse of things and have massive anxiety. However, everyday I take medicine for anxiety and depression. The dreams and negative thinking still are there. I wake up crying. Any advice to figure out what's going on?
