I was going to try out biotin and was wondering what every ones thoughts on it would be, like does it really work for hair growth?

Yes start off with a low mg (there's different levels) I'm using 6000 mg now and my hair is longer and nails are stroger.

Yes it definitely does! But I take vitamin B complex supplements so that I don't miss out on other essential vitamins and minerals for healthy hair and believe me it has worked wonders. Its growing out thick unbelievably and I'm so happy about it. But before taking biotin alone or any supplements I would advice you to first consult a doctor.
