It depends on the strength of the bed. The lay down beds at my salon go from 1-4 so you may have to work up to using that one cause my stand up bed is a 4 and if I went in there right now after not tanning for 3 months I'd get REALLY burnt

Don't use a sun bed to tan at all. Don't tan at all. You're aging yourself prematurely, and honestly, try s st Tropez bronzing mousse!

Save your beautiful skin from cancer and wrinkles and just buy million dollar tan.looks so natural I love it. And I used to use the beds all the time.

St.tropez dark bronzing mousse lasts 2 weeks before I have to reapply so I'd rather reapply every two weeks than go to the doctor every 2 months for a check up on skin cancer. Beds are dangerous long term be careful sweet heart.

It'll be my first time going and I haven't had much sun exposure in my lifetime, so would I be ok?
