Hey if you don't know I am half black and half white and well I haven't seen my natural hair sense I was 8 and after that my hair was straight and when I was like 10 I started getting my hqir relaxed (permantly straighten) but like I'm not sure some people tell me to leave it straighten a lot of people want to see my natural hair but it takes about 4 or 5 months for it to be back maybe longer would it be worth it??

Yeah if you it's good to not always do things to your hair.

This depends on you. I am just like you and I went back to naturally curly because my hair was too messed up and I didn't even know how to style my own hair. Now when I straighten it without permanent straightens it looks sooooo much nicer and healthier. I've learned to deal with it curly because no matter what it will always be curly and I rather have curly healthy hair than chemically treated dried hair. I still like to straighten it on occasions but not like before. I was even whisked away to Dominican Republic by my aunt to go get it even more screwed up and I so regret not listening to my mom.
