I have pale skin so the redness caused by my pimples makes it really noticeable. Is there a way to reduce the redness?

I use a green concealer before I put my skin tone concealer on.

Or white concealer works well too.

Green concealer is meant for hiding redness, so use that.
but covering your breakouts with makeup will make them worse & take longer to heal. try going makeup free for a few days. put hot facecloths on your face/breakout area, use a facemask, etc.

It means its infected in the area. try tea tree oil to kill all bacteria :) its really drying so don't apply all over your face, just apply localized.

Green primer definitely, try Clinique acne concealer. Has benzoyl peroxide in it so it can heal and conceal!
