Manic panic. it won't do much over dark hair though. pre lighten to blonde then put manic panic all over.

I have to add my update, it's been about 4 weeks after using manic panic vampire red, and I have to say it's probably my favorite of all time, when do only the regular demi permanent hair dye in burgundy, my hair fade to orage (which I really like it, but doesn't look good on me) with manic panic, my hair hasn't faded to orange after a month, it's really amazing and I recommend it to all who wants a very rich red!
