Do you guys know the best way to turn a powder shadow into a liner, water or some kind of product? and also the best mwthod to apply it and make it! :) thanks beautiess! xoxo.

Wet an eyeliner brush and run it on your shadow then apply... that's what I do

I just dip my angled eyeliner brush into water, then rub the brush onto an eyeshaddow of choice. depending on the consistency you want, the more or less water you use. its super easy. I use black eyeliner most of the time, so to save product I use the eyeshadow technique I just told you with black liquid liner over it a tiny bit to make it more bold.
