I see all these pictures of girls with glitter on top of their lipstick! How do i achieve that? Where do i get the glitter at??

Violent Lips is how they do it, in most cases at least haha! They're temporary lip tattoos from the "glitterati" line (VL). Lots of colors, you might want to check them out!

Thanks for all the ideas yall. I only have access to a mac counter and a sephora.. could i find any of that stuff there? I looked up glitter on mac's website, but i didn't see anything
