Okay so me and my friend are being thing 1 and thing 2 for Halloween. And I'm wanting to do makeup that... Would make us look like thing 1 and thing 2 I'm mostely looking for eye makeup.. Please help...!!

I would do huge eyelashes and white eyeliner along your water line then enhance all your natural features then where foundation to light for you to give that white face effect :)
