Does it help make your nails stronger and longer? And if so how do I make it? Every time I grow my nails out they are very thin an break really easy so I just cut them all the time now, but I want long pretty nails.. lol help!

Just chop up a garlic clove put it in d nail clear polish let it sit for a few days then paint your nails as usual. It does smell but it works makes your nails harder and helps them grow. My mom has been doing this since I was young and I do it too.
