Use whitening toothpaste everyday. It will at least shine them up. And brush your teeth before putting it on! It doesn't look to bad in the picture.

Mash up some strawberries and a bit of baking soda to make a paste. put on clean teeth for 5 minutes and brush. I saw this somewhere and just tried it on my boyfriend and I 2 days ago. It whitened our teeth 2 shades. I wouldnt do it too often though. The strawberries are acidic I do believe so if done too much I imagine it would take the enamel off your teeth.

If you want them really white, instantly, use Crest Advanced Whitestrips. They cost $50-60, but they work in only two hours and give you fantastic results. Even my dentist asked if I had another dentist whiten my teeth!
