Try primers. Putting eyeshadow primer in the shape or line of your eyeliner can help it stay in it's place and last longer. It works for me :)

Also once your mascara and eye liner is dried spraying your face with hair spray keeps it on works for me but remember to slow your eyes 😄

Setting spray, primers, oil control powders, blotting sheets. Do NOT put hairspray on your face. Makeup itself is bad for your skin so all the chemicals in hairspray makes it even worse! Cheap brands like Elf and Nyx make low cost setting sprays that work too. :)

Use a good primer such as benefit porefessional, rimmel fix and perfect and milk of magnesia for oily skin. For dry skin, elf mineral infused primer or maybelline instant age rewind primer.
Also, carry around nlotting sheets with you so that when you get oily or you look caked you can use them to remove oil. My favourite is the clean and clear oil blotting sheets.
Use a posder to set your foundation or bb cream. Rimmel stay matte, and maybelline dream matte are great powders for setting your makeup.
Try a waterproof eyeliner as they are more long wearing. I recommend gel liners becayse they can go ad natural ad you want and as old as you want. I think Its the most precise way of doing eyeliner when paired with a good thin angled eyeliner brush. I recommend the essence gel liner. Waterproof, smudge proof, stayd on all day, does not budge at all, super pigmented.
