Can anybody tell me, the most effective oil treatment or any other treatments they think are better, for after bleaching your hair, or really dry, frizzy hair in general! I have seen many suggestions but I want something that works!

Try extra virgin oils, like for example: olive, coconut etc.

I second olive oil and coconut oil. I coat my hair before I shampoo

I use olive oil, but I recommend cutting your split ends off. They won't mend together again.

Coconut oil works amazing. Just make sure if you use it as a leave in to try and avoid the roots.

Thanks so much girls! I like the fact more than one of you has said coconut oil, I've never used it but my hairdresser said oil treatments are best so I shall try that for a while first!

Do conditioning treatments to keep your hair healthy, like almond oil hair treatments, egg and mayonnaise or avocado hair masks, or an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals to repair and moisturize. That should make your hair look and feel better.

Oil treatments just lay on the hair. Once a week use a protein treatment like Redken Extreme Conditioner. Don't use more than once a week because too much protein is bad for the hair. I don't know what texture your hair is but invest in good shampoo and conditioner. If you have chemically treated hair you have to replace the moisture that is lost plus using good products helps color last longer as well. Redken, Alterna, Biosilk, KMS are all great brands.
