So homecoming is Saturday, and I have this dress that shows my shoulders quite a bit. So I was hoping my breakouts on my shoulders would calm down or go away by then, but it hasn't been getting much better.
Does anyone have any quick fixes? I do the whole towel over the pillow thing, and I have a drug store wash that I use as well as exfoliating. My dermatologist says he can't do anything for it, so I was wondering if anyone had any fast-acting home remedies or any advice otherwise. Thanks!

Is it regular acne like you would get on yor face? Try benzoyl peroxide, it might help.

Yeah try what Paris said it really works but not apply too much on your face it can irritate it & make your face red:)

It goes against my moral code to reccomend this so please use it responsibly. But try wart cream, it's 17% salicylic acid (as apposed to the usual 1-3%). Apply some JUST on the spots and leave them for 10 minutes every night till Saturday, they should go Away or at least dry out. I trust you to be smart enough and avoid applying this on your face though, unless you enjoy burning holes in your skin.
