I'm getting my license renewed tomorrow at 5 am and I need help with my outfit.

Dark wash skinny jeans, scarf and a cardigan
OR
oversize sweater, black leggings, and uggs or other comfy shoes
OR
colored skinny jeans, flats and a sweater.
OR
a short sleeve top, skinny jeans, flats and a statement necklace.
