Mascara, blush and bronzer are the biggest game-changers for me.

If you use bb cream it will even out your skin.. A little mascara and eyeliner and lipgloss and it should be enough.. You can add a little of bronzed or a peachy blush.. You look beautiful you don't really need makeup but that's hy I fouls do

For an everyday look I wouldn't really put any foundation, bb cream or bronzer, you have a beautiful skin and the freckles make you look like an abercrombie model, so stay natural and do a brown smokey eye using the naked palette, I would stay on a clear lipgloss or maybe a mauve lipstick.for a special occasion for a wow factor go for a mineral foundation, contour, peach blush, dramatic smokey with winged liner and burgundy lipstick.

If you're just starting out I would get a bb cream to even out your complexion. I would then follow with either NARS Orgasm or NYX makes a dupe(anyone got the name?) I would invest in an eyeshadow base/primer either Urban Decays Eye Potion or M.A.C'z Paint Pot in Painterly (this step is important because it makes a world of difference in staying power and pigmentation in your shadow and prevents creasing) Then I would pick out a neutral eye shadow to start, honestly if you're just starting I would just pick a pretty shimmery neutral for your eyelid and eventually build up with colors for your crease etc.or a palette as your next step but start here. I hate cheap shadow, Urban Decay, MAC, Lorac Laura Mercier and Too Faced are some brands I like with good pigmentation and nice neutrals. Then get some nice mascara and you have a nice basic face. Which mascara can be a bit of a trial and error as it seems to be very subjective. I would start out with something from Rimmel or go for the sample sizes of higher end mascara a like benefits they're real or diors show that they sell near the register at sephora.

That was long! One more word of advice: sign up for a beauty insider card at sephora now! You get a free gift for your bday and earn points towards little sample gifts for every dollar spent. It adds up fast *really quickly for some of us! ;)

Hahaha I'm from south Africa and the mac brand is super expensive...haven't ever seen urban decay..they basically have the basics here...but thanks so much for the advice everyone.... I love pinky colour lipgloss but it never looks as good as I imagine thats why I just stick to what's neutral. my friend has tried liquid liner however it smudges when I open my eye as my lid becomes completely hidden. I think all that's needed is a bit of trial and error but youre all so fantastic. thank you so much

Your very pretty,I would say just start little by little a lash curler and mascara and like Elisa mentioned a BB cream.Work your way up to each cosmetic when your most comfortable but keep in mind you don't need everything right away or at all its up to you. But the ladies gave great suggestions :)

Some mascara, a light pink lip color, a BB cream, and a champagne color of eye shadow would look gorgeous on you!

Peach cream blush, mascara, curl eyelashes, off white eyeshadow on lid and inner tear ducts to brighten eyes, and concealer if needed. I think you have great skin and don't need foundation but if you want you can use a light application of bb creme 😊
