I personally think this is crap and I think I should okay so I am 14 and have a little bit of oily skin should I still use moisturizer.

Yes use moisturizer. You don't want to cause premature aging. Ttake care of your skin while it's youthful and clear! You can buy oil-free and mattifying ones. Neutrogena, Cetaphil and Burts bees have good ones. :)

YES. Use a moisturizer. Washing your face strips it of it's natural oils, and not giving your skin the moisture back will cause it to over produce oil to compensate. If you're worried about making your face more greasy, then use an oil free moisturizer.
