Big spot, PLEASE HELP!!

I've had this spot for about 2 days and I think it's just getting worse,
I've tried everything (toothpaste, freederm spot cream, steam, facial wash & clearasil spot cream) and nothing has worked! I tryed using concert, powder and foundation to cover it up but that's not down anything. I go back to school tommorow so I'm afraid it's homemade treatments. Please just all your reliable suggestions will help, please just as many as possible!! 💗💗
