I don't use heavy coverage but the MAC products I've used haven't broken me out..
Revlon nearly naked did break me out though..

I haven't tried the foundation because the concealer broke me out like crazy! I mean I had monster sized zits after just one time using it... so never again will I put mac products on my face...

I loooove MAC foundation but it makes me breakout bad. You should hit up Sephora they have a plethora of brands that have oil free foundations and other ones that will be more noncomedigenic.

It really depends on your skin. I've heard stories of people breaking out and stories of Mac foundation being perfect for them. just make sure you remove it completely at night!
