I'm good with makeup , but for my school dance I want to do something different , if I go into ulta or places similar - would they do my makeup or do I have to pay ? Any suggestions ?

Most places you have to pay, and it will be between $15-100 depending on where you go, and what you want done. However, some places offer a free makeover or a makeover with purchase of a specific product and they definitely always offer free advice. I don't know how far away your party is, but you could host a makeup party with Mary Kay or Avon with some friends, and she will do you makeup and give u samples of what she used. If you ask, she will probably show you something that will work great for your homecoming and teach you exactly how to do it.
