I'm being Glinda for Halloween and I'm doing the dress she wears in "Popular", but I don't really know how to do my makeup... Also, what about hair? Does anyone have a good tutorial for 50's style curls?

Hair curled and poofy!!
Makeup innocent and sweet! Sparkly silver eyeshadow! Lips a nude pink and add top eyeliner no wing with mascara!! Apply false lashes and maybe a little heart under your eye!!
For 50 style curls use rollers!!
