Do not wear silver for eyeshadow just to match the dress.Maybe a black/grey smoky eye and light pink lipstick(don't go too dramatic,like red lipstick)
For hair,leave it down with curls:)

Either a sock bun or brushed out curls for hair. For makeup I'd suggest a black/grey or deep purple eyeshadow with nude lips or a opaque sparkly white with bright red lips.

I think itll look really cute with a low side bun and pull out some strands of hair in the front and curl them. For makeup I'd say a dark grey smokey eye.
