I have the exact same problem! I asked my hairdresser if she could cut it off or something but she said that would look really weird when you wear your hair up. only solution is to use tons of hairspray or bobbi pins to keep them up..

Use a new spare toothbrush as the fine bristles tuck them in brush them up and into your hairstyle if they fall out.
