Maybe add a little blush to highlight your cheeks & some light neutral eyeshadow?

Not sure if it's the lighting, but to me your skin seems a little dry. Just powder doesn't do it much justice! Some great alternatives (tried and tested from a fellow dry skinned girl.)
•Liquid to powder foundation- not too drying especially if you can't leave the house without powder!
- Garnier bb cream, or any oil based bb cream.
-a natural finish powder, anything with slight shimmers
-adding on to that, a mineral powder, usually have a bit of shimmer but not enough to be noticable, just enough to give you a glow.
Aside from that, I recommend using blush. I find my skin looks ten times better and more natural if I do. Using face products gives you monotoned skin and it's always good to add a healthy glow back to your face! Something bronze, peach or red would look lovely on you.

You look so pretty! I'd add a touch of blush and maybe highlighter on the cheekbones but that's it :)
