I'm in need of some suggestions/experiences you have all had with different liquid eyeliners and different stick eyeliners.
staying power, flaking, smudging, the whole nine yards.
so kind of little reviews on some different liners.
which ones are worth it.
please & thank you!(:

Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils and liquid liner are hands down the best in all categories. They smudge but set and stay, they don't flake and they're waterproof.

Revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner is great! It stays on forever especially if you put a black powder over it. Maybelline master drama eyeliners are the best too! They're great for the water line! :)

Never get CoverGirl smudgers eyeliner. Probably the worst I've ever gotten. Elf gel eyeliner is great as well! It's only a dollar, and it's well worth it!

LIQUID LINERS
Revlon Colorstay $8:
Standard liquid liner. No smudging, no flaking, easy application, staying power of about 6-8 hours. Not waterproof!
Wet n Wild Megalast $3:
So cheap, so good. Same qualities as Revlon. The applicator is quite thin and flimsy so it's not really for beginners/the shaky hands. Don't get the waterproof version, it sucks! The reg. is what you want. :)
Stila Stay All Day ($32):
THE BEST. Lasts until you take it off. 100% waterproof, I risked swimming with a thin line of this and it was perfect. Best part is the pencil applicator, it's like a thin marker. So easy to use. Price is worth it.
STICK LINERS:
Maybelline Master Drama ($8):
Very long lasting, especially on the waterline. Creamy application, sets to finish. Lasts about 8 hrs before minor smudging.
Rimmel Scandaleyes ($5):
Also great for the waterline. Good price, good colour selection. No flaking, slight smudging after around 8 hours. Not bad!
