If your eyebrows are thin you'll have to wait for them to grow! If you fill them in it'll look sorta fake and unnatural!!

TO FILL IN:
Use a brow pencil to map out the shape and arch. Fill in with soft powder and use a spooli/brow brush to smooth everything together. Use a tinted wax or a clear mascara to set the shape.

TO GROW OUT:
Castor oil ($4), Vaseline ($5), Ardell Lash&Brow Growth Accelerator ($6). You can use any/all of these on the brows overnight, after a few weeks you should be seeing results. :)
