Eyeliner and eyeshadow color?

I have blonde hair, blue eyes, and brown eybrows. Should I wear brown eyeliner or black? And what color or colors of eyeshadow do you suggest?

I'm the same. And I use both black eyeliner and brown. I feel like I look better with black and also I use nude eyeshadows.

I agree with Kelsi. Black or brown eyeliner would look fine and try to go with light nude color eyeshadows.
