@Evie, have you tried a natural lip exfoliation scrub like honey and sugar? That would remove excess dead skin and leave your lips smoother.

Mix some lemon honey and sugar to exfoliate and get rid of dry skin and REFRESH your lips. Then try some vaseline or chapstick. I like EOS Chapstick.

I agree with Meg K. Drink more water, then exfoliate your lips and right after apply Vaseline all day long. At night try a thick layer of Neosporin and keep Chapstick on your lips daily.

Aquaphor has an ointment that is awesom plus when you get out the shower try scrubbing them with a soft tooth brush.
