Purchase a swimmers shampoo and conditioner and a swimmers malibu treatment to do monthly! at sallys beauty supply the brand ion makes all three of these products!

I'm a swimmer too! I swim nine times a week and what I do is just shower after every practice although the conditioner makes my cap kinds slippery... But I would also suggest "way to grow" by not your mothers. Their shampoo and conditioner saved my hair!
