I know the problem... But it could have many origins... Maybe try a Hair rebuilding shampoo... I think those work very well... And if not ask your hair stylist...

You can apply caster oil to your hair, then put it under a shower cap (while the caster oil it applied), take a steamy shower (this will help the oil soak in) then leave the cap on for about an hour. Then wash you hair, do this once a week, you will se improvement!

Try thickening shampoo and conditioner? Shea moisture has one!

Castor oil doesn't make your hair thicker, but it does coat it pretty well to give it the appearance of thickness.

Try to focus on getting your hair back to being healthy. Make sure to deep condition often, especially now that's it's winter, and moisturize it. Try using hair masks in your hair before you deep condition as well.

Your hair just needs some nourishment! Get some good conditioning treatments it Dosnt have to be expensive! I like argon and Moroccan oil ones and leave on for aslong as you can I even sleep in it sometes and wash your hair as normal afterwards then always use heat protecting spray everyday to protect it from sun damage or a leave in conditioner spray , your hair will be back to normal:) xxx
