It is using no shampoo lol. Shampoo has detergents in it that strip away oils and make you overproduce oils. Hard to explain. Sounds good. A lot of people like it. It sounds gross but you substitute shampoo with something like baking soda and apple cider vinegar so you aren't oily. Lol but I know how some could be confused

I do a mix of ACV and baking soda! It works fantastically to remove build up on your scalp!

Oooh I thought you literally didn't go poo, I'm over here thinking "that can't be good for you!"

ACV is apple cider vinegar! It fizzes with baking soda so add a little bit at a time and make the mixture in some kind of squirty bottle! It's much easier! Makes sure it's half parts of each!

I personally wash my hair one night, then skip the next. then wash and skip. I've been doing it for like two weeks and my hair already looks better

I'm a co-washer and I love it, I do wash shampoo about once or twice a month, or I use acv. Anyway my hair is waaaay healthier now,, I had started co-washing because my ends were super dry.

I once didn't shampoo my hair since we only had guy shampoo and nobody refilled the colorsafe shampoo. so I just washed my hair and then conditioned the ends. it was the worst day ever. my hair felt so gross. I just ended up washing it again the next day.

My hair does get greasy easily when I don't wash it. but it's actually been getting less greasy since I've stopped washing it so much. I was really nervous to start co washing it but I put it up on days I don't shampoo
