Try leave in conditioner, and/or strengthening shampoos. If your hair is under a lot of stress (you style it very often with products and heat), maybe give you hair a break (pun intended) (:

Buy some shampoo that helps the breakage. redkin has the anti-snap shampoo and conditioner that'll help. They also have a leave in conditioner too.

Getting it trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks will help with breakage. It helps get rid of the slit ends witch can cause breakage

When using heat make sure to use a thermal protection.
