Hi lovely ladies, my boyfriends university graduation is tomorrow and I'm going to the ceremony and dinner and drinks after to celebrate. I'm wearing a burgundy dress but have no idea what makeup look to go for. My hair is also quite blonde now and I have blue eyes. Red lip and neutral eyes? dramatic eyes? Help! All suggestions welcome!
