Bh cosmetics 28 neutral palette. Affordable, quality and a range of everyday colors. I use that and ELF 32 shadow palette everyday. Bh cosmetics San Francisco palette is also good.

I think my most used one is the ammo palette from Urban Decay. But I have so many palettes from them at this point that I switch it up. The first vice palette gets used a lot. And recently, so does the palette that came with Tarte's holiday set (the Tarte of giving).
