Personally, I think you should keep your natural nose. It's a beautiful part of you, it's what makes you special and unique.

That is really such a personal decision. I know several who have had surgery. It looked very painful after but they were happy. As far as it looking natural I think that has to do with your surgeon. Have you tried contouring the nose area?

I looked at your profile picture and do not personally see a nose that would need improvement. It is obviously a very personal choice, maybe consulting with a good plastic surgeon will give you a better perspective, a good plastic surgeon should give you realistic idea if what can and cannot be changed, as well as if surgery is even necessary.

I know my picture is a really good photo but in fact my nose is to big in profil view..
I didnt try contouring because I like to have a very natural make up, I don't even put a BB cream or something like that.. I don't want to be dependant of make up!

A friend of mine had a nose job and it came out great. if something like that can make you happy...why not? Everybody should do what makes them happy, doesn't matter what others think! They don't have to live your life... Succes!
