I'm going to wear navy tights but that's all I know so far.
What shoes should I wear, what kind of cardigan? I'm completely clueless :( thanks x

That's A Cute Dress. In My opinion I think A Black Cardigan Is Best. No Neck Accessories But Bracelets And Earings Would Look Great As Well As Some Heels.

And the dress itself looks pretty but if you want to wear a cardigan then a beige one or a white blazer!

If you want to keep it dressy I'd wear a white lace cardigan, or if you want it to look more casual a dark denim jacket would be cute(:
