First paint your nail white then Take a face sponge and paint on the colors you want ombré in lines side by side with lightest color on one end and darkest on the other make sure your base coat is fully dry then dab the sponge on your nail up and down but not to far because it will make it look muddy depending how dark or light you want it you can go over it again seal with a top coat if this was not helpful then search on YouTube
