I think you should eat a healthy snack before or if you eat a meal you should probably wait a little bit because depending on your workout, it might make you sick to eat right before. I'm saying this because it's happened to me and it was not fun! I run two miles a day 3-4 days a week but I wish I had time to work out every day lol.

Both, before you exercise eat nutrient and protein filled foods such as bananas, peanut butter, and nuts. ( don't eat too much, because you may get sick while working out) And after your workout eat foods like watermelon, grapes, and greens to restore the lost hydration and help your body maintain balanced levels. I eat before, but nothing super heavy! Check out Cassie Ho, or "Blogilates" on youtube! She gives AMAZING workout routines for free that are full length. I have 100% seen results and am stronger. Good luck xx!
