Hi Amina, (gorgeous name by the way ^u^) I'd love to help you out. Honestly, in my opinion, there is no 'wrong time' to wear lipstick/gloss. haha. But I'd really like to give you my input, could you maybe post a picture of yourself so I can try and give you the best help on your skin tone and type.
