The strength of your nails is down to your overall diet & nutrition, so drinking extra water unfortunately isnt going to make a huge difference to your nails without the diet to support it (although don't stop drinking it!)
Also it can be down to genetics how lucky you are with your nails. Cnd solar oil is a cuticle oil that you rub on 2-3 times daily & you should see a big difference in a few weeks (also it can thicken your brows. & lashes & help your skin on rough patches , & about 20 other things!) hope this helps!

My nails used to break all the time, and I hated it! I realized that if I file my nails instead of cutting/clipping them they don't break as easily. Now I only file my nails, and I've finally been able to grow them out! I've been getting lots of compliments and people asking how I'm able to keep my nails long. You should try it! (Also, only file each nail in one direction - if you file back and forth it can cause more breakage) Even if I don't want my nails any shorter, I touch them up by filing them a little bit every few days to keep the edges strong.
