You can do any eyeshadow color because you have brown eyes (and even if you didn't it really doesn't matter). It's HOW you do it that makes a difference.

And you can do something that involves colors that aren't bright or to far out there. Your skin tone doesn't determine what you can wear, it's just how you wear it and your technique.
