Apply cuticle oil daily
Use garlic nailpolish (buy or DIY It by putting garlic cloves in clear nail polish) as a base coat for strength
Take vitamins
Drink water

^ Taking vitamins doesn't help nails or hair grow.
Buff your nails and keep them polished and/or use a nail hardener. Keeping them polished keeps them from becoming over or under hydrated which makes them too flexible or brittle and more prone to breakage.
